I am Randall M. Alfred, a native and lifelong resident of Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, married 45 years to my beloved wife , Denise Marcel Alfred, We have two sons and two grandsons. 

I am 63 years old and was born in Ellender Memorial Hospital, which underscores my deep roots in Terrebonne Parish. I attended St. Francis Elementary and graduated from Vandebilt Catholic High School. I hold a Bachelors Degree and a Masters Degree in Education from Nicholls State University. I received a Juris Doctor Degree from Loyola Law School.   I was admitted to practice in October of 1978
