It is becoming much more common in today's economy to read or hear about a sale or loan with "no closing costs". That kind of claim can only lead to the question of "who works for nothing?" We don't know anybody who works for nothing and can only presume that somehow, somewhere in all that paperwork there are closing costs masquerading as something else. Under the new TRID guidelines when you first meet with a lender about a sale, mortgage, refinance, etc. they must provide you with a "loan disclosure" that will include an estimate of all the various charges you will have to pay. Bring your "loan disclosure" in to our office and we will find a way to save you money while provide top flite legal service in a timely and professional manner.
